“Excellent in every way except housekeeping. Had sign on the closet door stating we did not want service. I DID NOT put it on outside door. We were gone from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM and did not have service. Trash full and no clean towels. We asked for clean towels after we returned and they were brought up by front desk staff. When we left for the day, staff were servicing room to right of us. Returned and they were servicing room to left of us. Never knocked. Grandma traveling with daughter,……

“Ther service is good. We arrived very early around 8am and the staffs managed to let us do early check in after doing a quick cleaning when a few persons just check out. I really appreciate that. The hotel is under major renovation right now and I happened to be to stay in the new room. Gas station and grocery store are next door. And there're a Mexican restaurant and Chinese one 200 feet away. ”

“So happy that I chose this hotel. Customer service is back!! Staff was so professional, kind, efficient. Lobby was welcoming, clean, and nicely furnished/decorated. The ambiance was relaxing- I knew I could rest well as soon as I walked in. The room was fantastic. Double bed with a separate living room area. All the amenities that we could need were available. I loved that there were full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash rather than the wasteful travel sized bottles. Beds……
