“Excellent in every way except housekeeping. Had sign on the closet door stating we did not want service. I DID NOT put it on outside door. We were gone from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM and did not have service. Trash full and no clean towels. We asked for clean towels after we returned and they were brought up by front desk staff. When we left for the day, staff were servicing room to right of us. Returned and they were servicing room to left of us. Never knocked. Grandma traveling with daughter,……
