“A fantastic room with a little balcony, modern decor and everything you need. The bed was comfortable and no noise despite Borg directly opposite the Bernina Express. A train spotters paradise. The staff were very friendly and helpful, check out the Caffe Lucignolo in the the piazza Marinoni the patron makes the most amazing sandwiches and the views are great.”

“Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding.”

“Normal hotel like many. If you go Ski, remember to ask about the Discount Pass coz they will forget. I had to call the hotel to ask for a QR code, the lady who answer (probably the Owner) wasn't kind and I had to answer her in the same way, because I know how to deal with Italians exactly as they do (sometimes).
