“Good location for visiting Great Sand Dunes”

“Beautiful location, near the Great Sand Dunes and wonderful star gazing. The staff were family and supportive. The tent we stayed in was wonderful. The shared bathrooms and were clean and the staff did an excellent job of attending to any consistent clean up. Campers should be prepared for cooler nights but overall a great experience. ”

“This was our second time staying at this property and it was a great fit for our family. Plenty of sleeping space, climbing dome outside, a fun jetted tub the kids still talk about, and great proximity to the sand dunes & alligator farm. The home is clean, spacious, and has nice quality furnishings. The hosts are very friendly & accommodating. ”
