“The outdoor pool and hot tub were wonderful as was the indoor pool. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. The grounds were nicely landscaped and there was bocci and cornhole available. Inside there were games and puzzles available. I have a couple of suggestions. There are a number of geese on the back lawn where the cornhole is located. That means goose poop, and a lot of it . Gross. My other comment is in our room the air conditioner is the old fashioned , through the wall type,……

“Terrace By The Sea is the quintessential New England/Maine seashore inn that will reminded us of times gone by. Great location in front of the inlet with wide views to the bay; we enjoyed watching the surf roll in on the very comfortable lounge chairs on the front lawn. Our room was simple yet very clean and comfortable and we appreciated every room having a dedicated parking space. Highly recommended : ) ”

“When we turned on the heater, it produced such an awful smell, we immediately turned it off. Other than that - excellence all around. Well, there have been noisy people in the hall for the last hour or so.”

“I like the location but the traffic was a nightmare. The heavy traffic was after the season too! Ogunquit while walkable has a serious growth and traffic issue. Also, parking is problematic. Likely will not return. ”

If the staff wasn’t at the desk they were there within seconds of pressing the bell to assist. Can’t wait to be back next year for our yearly trip to York!”
