“It was a pleasant stay quiet close to stores. We stayed in a suite nice size, staff friendly. ”

“The people that work at the property are very nice. We did have an issue with ants and it took some time until they could kind of fix it, but they were very nice to me during this time. THey worked it out so that I could get a little discount due to the inconvenience because they were fully booked and I couldn't switch rooms. I didn't want to switch to a different hotel because my sister was in the other room that had no issues. But I would stay again because the staff was great and management……

“We love our room but not as much as the room we had last year. This trip we ended up in a wheelchair accessible room and it doesn’t work quite as well for us. Otherwise, amazing room!”

“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”
