“This was an amazing stay. It’s not a hotel, really. But, it was a 1-bedroom apartment including a room with a king bed, living area with a fold out, laundry with detergent, full kitchen with all amenities that included coffee, tea and sugar. The windows are floor to ceiling overlooking the MBI college campus and city views. The front desk staff are sometimes helpful and friendly, and sometimes not, depending who was working. I was instantly booked but then asked a bunch of verification questions and questions about my guest and our trip. Felt like these should have been asked up front. They were also being asked by a property manager so communication was a little tricky. Need to be more transparent about that. ”

"At this price point, I was genuinely excited to stay here — but the experience was a complete disappointment. Every single towel had a strange smell, and I don’t think it was detergent. It was more like the musty odor of something moldy. The bathtub was clogged, so water kept backing up during showers, which felt awful. The entire room felt like it hadn’t seen sunlight in a long time. I rarely leave reviews, but the condition of the facilities here was truly disappointing. That said, I do want to highlight that every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally kind and friendly. Unfortunately, good service alone cannot make up for the poor state of the accommodations."
