“Nice spot. Privacy is kind of limited if you get the small room, because there isn’t space in the room to hang out so you end up using the common area. That area is nice, but you’re hanging out with other people potentially. Would be a great place to rent with a group and get both rooms.”

“The hotel check in and check out staff were friendly, fast and courteous. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed. No issues with the property. The restaurant breakfast was another story. The server was rude and abrupt, the buffet was cold and tasteless,and disappointing for $20.95.the server seem frazzled even though there were only three tables occupied. A disappointing ending to an otherwise great experience. ”

“What a great stay at the Burgundy Dream B&B! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It is in the perfect location being right by the water but still only 10 mins from the airport and 20 mins from downtown! Sam and Kazue are so fun and we appreciated their company… they made it feel like home! Would recommend to anyone travelling to Halifax. ”

“The staff was very welcoming and friendly! And understanding! I was bringing my grand daughter who is autistic at the IWK for surgery early the next day. She had a small incident in the night. I explained it to the desk clerk and he said things happen. I felt relieved and understood! I would recommend this property and would book there again! ”

“Beautiful property! Recent overnight stay to attend a wedding. Appreciated the early checkin to get dressed. Purchased a bottle of wine for later that evening, very reasonably priced. Enjoyed relaxing in the various sitting rooms while admiring the beautiful antique furniture and artwork. A very welcoming space! Very comfy bed. And a delicious full breakfast the next morning prior to checkout. Would highly recommend!”
