There is a nice walking trail, it's quiet, the cottages are cozy and well stocked with everything you need, there is a pool and Jacuzzi as well. ”

“We had a family group of 5 including 4 seniors and one adult. The house is laid out great and so many outdoor spaces to enjoy! The kayaking up the river was amazing! The house was in the perfect location for visiting Fredericksburg, kerrville and Bandera. Wonderful place!”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……

“Nice little house out of the way and quiet but still two minutes from downtown. Unusual feature, chick coup with fresh eggs. We didn’t divulge in the eggs but did say Hi to all the hens.”
