“Loved the location, quiet country setting. ”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……

“Good and fun location ”

“We have been wanting to stay at this property for a long time even before we moved to the Hill Country. The house is even nicer than the pictures. The view is amazing. You immediately feel at home. They have thought of everything you need and the beds and couch are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. We especially loved the two separate porches one in the front and one in the back both have beautiful views although in the back you see a lot more wildlife. The family is wonderful as far as……

“I booked this property due to having 2 separate sleeping/living spaces. My friend and I were able to work compatibly during the day and come together for meals. The town was cute and the walk up to the viewing platform was not too challenging. It was a great get away. ”

“The cabin was old with tremendous history. It was awesome. We sat on the porch and watched the full moon and stars at night. It was relaxing and peaceful. I loved the goats and we fed the birds right from the porch. We also saw a red fox in the pasture. It was lovely. ”

“Love the cabin. The only thing we didnt like was the window on the east wall. It was blinding when the sun came up and we were still trying to sleep. We will definitely come back, but stay in a different cabin next time.”
