The hotel room could be improved: The bathroom had a damp smell, the curtains have come off on a few hooks so the curtains don’t block out the daylight/sunlight. “Petit hôtel sympa, proche du centre, au calme sur les hauteurs de la ville. la piscine sur le toit est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables et bien décorées. Par contre, le service n'est clairemen,t pas au niveau. Ne prenez pas le petit dejeuner: 45 minutes d'attente pour de soeufs brouillés, et il nous a été impossible de petit dejeuner ensemble en famille. Bref, un bel hotel mais le service n'est vraiment pas au niveau”

The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. ”

“We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible……
