“Good location, though the hotel is a bit tucked away in the back of a building. The rooms are clean and spacious, which was a plus. However, the bathroom felt outdated, and the carpet in the hallways is old and worn. Overall, it was an okay stay—decent value for the location. ”

However, 10 days later, they charged my credit card again for the full amount of the reservation. I tried to contact the hotel via the phone number provided. They never pick up the phone even though I was calling them around 10 times over the course of a few days. I contacted Expedia customer service, but they were unable to……
