“Triple room was very spacious and comfortable.It was a quiet location , yet close to the market and the metro station . Breakfast was very good . Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful except Irakali , who was extremely helpful and gracious, knew fluent English.”

“This is one of the best hotels in Tbilisi: amazing staff, great breakfast with different options, nice terrace upstairs, close to everything and very comfortable beds. The staff members are very helpful. We parked our car for free at the small parking lot that is designated for the guests only. I would recommend this hotel for a long or short stay in Tbilisi.”

“We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible……
