“Location is very good, the bar is excellent, room upgrade was very thoughtful and a couple of people on the reception desk were notably helpful (especially Mikheil who went above and beyond for us arranging restaurant bookings and resolving a double payment issue which no one else had been able to sort / understand). “It was a terrible experience! We had to leave the hotel 1 day early. There is no minibar(An empty minibar awaits you in the room and they say they won't refill it) in the room and the hotel food is so TERRIBLE TASTELESS that we were hungry for 2 days.
