“Enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms. The reservation was accurate in terms of placing this on a ground floor. Restaurant in the hotel, but lots of things to do, shopping, etc. in the vicinity. Highly recommend.”

“The hotel was very clean, lobby was very spacious. My room was the king bed and it was perfect! Loved it, the space was perfect for our 1 night stay. This was a half way point for our very long drive. Plenty of places to eat in the evening close by. The only thing I was upset about their breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00 on Saturday. We needed to be on the road by 7:00 so we were not able to eat. They didn’t even have coffee or fruit. I was disappointed by that.”

“Parking was available available but above ground and underground. They gave us free suppers, drinks and breakfast. Food was good. ”

“The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.”

“Stayed with friends for a convention, it was a very convenient spot within walking distance! Breakfast was great as far as hotel breakfasts go, and the room was clean and comfortable. Full sized fridge made meals cheaper too, since we could just go to the grocery store and not have to get takeout for every meal. All in all, a great deal for what we paid! ”

“This hotel is very close to a large shopping mall and a nearby shopping plaza. Dining options are plentiful. Having said that, the hotel itself is in a quiet setting. It appears to be a very new building. Everything was well maintained. The complementary breakfast was excellent.”
