“I loved the floorplan and decor of the rooms. I loved the design of the pool area. However, I did not like that the pool was closed in 82 degree weather. ”

“很糟糕，訂好房型不給入住，他們說Hotels.com照片登錯，整整等了2個半小時無法入住，直到24:30分才入住，我訂1房一廳，酒店只願意給標準房，Hotes.com的客服需要好好檢討，打了10多通電話飯店反應，說馬上處理給我電話，後來等了40分鐘還是沒有電話，一共耽誤了2個半小時，直到24:30分我想算了，入住標準房，不和他們爭 執，實在另人太失望了。”

“We stayed over Easter weekend for two days. Enjoyed the stay. Clean rooms and quite.We will stay again. ”

“Great service provided by the staff, especially Gregory the bartender who was able to accommodate my large party for dinner the first night we got there. Was amazing with everyone and he went above and beyond for us. Greatly appreciate him. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great location near lots of restaurants and a walkable area of shops. ”

“The hotel was pretty clean overall. The room was very dim. Although there were olenty od lamps in the room, wven with all of them on there still wasnt much lighting. The hallways had a very strong curry seasoning smell all weekend. Staff was very nice and accomodating. Breakfast was pretty basic. Just a waffle maker, cereal dispenser, coffee, yogurt and juice, nothing amazing. Nice place to stay for a few days in Tennessee.”

“Everything with the room and staff was great. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, or pre-made waffles/ toast. The coffee was weak and OJ a little bit bitter. Over all though, for the price we will stay again.”
