“This was very convenient for us to visit as a family with our Marine at Camp Lejeune. Convenient access to the beach with beach chairs. Allowed pet dog. It was clean and did not smell like any pets had been there. The host was great with her communications and helpful in adding an extra night to our stay! The only drawback was having to climb up to the third floor with our luggage; however, we knew about this because we stayed this facility before. The loft area did tend to get a bit warm, but……

“Our first stay in Surf City and the property was well suited for time on the beach, pool, and to explore the island. The condo is far enough from the high traffic areas that noise was not an issue. The loft area suited our family of 4 well and there were plenty of clean and well stocked amenities that we weren't without for the 5 day stay. Thanks Kim, it was a fun trip!”

“This was the perfect rental for our memorial day weekend beach trip. The building is directly on the beach so every day we could just walk downstairs and right onto the beach. The unit had plenty of beach chairs for us to use which was very nice, however I didn't see any beach towels to use (luckily we brought our own). The balcony has unobstructed ocean views and 4 chairs to sit and relax on. The rooms are big and as pictured. Everything was very clean. The building is also a short ( 5 min)……

“Building is a little beat on the outside but the interior is quality for sure. Everything you would need in the kitchen and just a cute place essentially right on the beach. Great value!”
