“We stayed at this property for two nights. The house spacious and clean. The towels were especially fresh. All of us were adults, but the room that is set up for children is adorable and has lots of books and toys for them. We didn’t have a pet, but the downstairs was clearly pet friendly. We also enjoyed the front porch, the back porch, and the ambiance of the neighborhood. Cherie was super responsive but we had zero problems.”

“Can't beat the location. Walkable to Veggie Wagon and many restaurants and shops. Clean unit, wonderful host, and reserved parking. Beach access is easy, with lifeguards on duty during summer season and the small community pool is a big plus. Enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved staying here! The home was so charming and on an equally charming street filled with historic homes and easy parking. Great central location that’s walkable to the riverfront but make sure to read the manual because it has lots of other places to check out! Because of it we explored the castle district, the Venus fly trap “hike” as well as great coffee shops and restaurants. So helpful in making the best of our stay! Thank you! ”

“We have enjoyed staying at Richard's condo in past years, and this trip did not disappoint. The condo has been updated since our last visit, and the furnishings are comfortable and inviting. Everything you could possibly need is provided, including linens and basic kitchen and bath necessities. The oceanfront covered deck has comfortable furniture, and we enjoyed reading while listening to the ocean. When we checked out during a heavy rainstorm, it was so nice being able to stay dry while……
