“Perfect location close to the gates of the walled city. Easy parking once the system is explained. Enter the public car park gates at the front of hotel, park and walk to reception where the correct tickets can be obtained for parking. 15€ per night charge. Rooms are immaculate and have a small fridge and pod coffee machine. Decor is excellent and has deck access to most rooms. Good if you smoke, not if you don’t. Reception was efficient and polite. “Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.”

“Hemos estado muy a gusto. Hemos viajado en familia y elegimos una habitación con Jacuzzi. Espectacular. El hotel está muy cerca de la Cite (10 min andando). La ubicación es muy tranquila y cerca de todo. Muy recomendable.”

“Property was in a great location, easy walk to Cite, easy walk to restaurants ,& shops. I thought the reception area was understaffed, especially as there is a bar area beside it , & only I staff member doing both jobs. Johan did a great job under pressure.”

“Conforme à la description, idéal pour visiter la cité très très proche disons 400m de l'entrée, pratique. calme et propre je conseil vivement. séjour avec mes petites filles, elles on adoré pas la saison pour tester la piscine....dommage !”

“接待人員相當親切，環境整體亦相當乾淨舒適，僅浴室淋浴的水龍頭支撐架壞掉，沖洗時有點不方便，但不影響整體感受。若搭乘火車旅遊，蠻推薦此住宿，價格便宜且距離車站步行約5~10分鐘(視行李重量增減)，且退房後可寄放行李。另外，住宿點距離城堡較遠，可搭乘公車往返，但公車資訊無法用google map取得，可向接待人員諮詢進一步資訊。”

“Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Lovely view of the castle, good breakfast. The only thing was floor lamp didn’t work, we mentioned it at the reception but never been fixed while we stayed 4 nights. Otherwise all good! ”
