“The hotel and room was basically fine. The only problem was I booked a room for 2 adults with 2 kids, but the room was for only 1 kids. We made the other sofa bed by ourselves, after all it is not difficult. However, when we told front desk about this, and just asked for additional blanket, nobody apologized and only told us that we should called them to fix this. Ok, I think I should not do your job, right? This is not firendly at all. Also, during check in, the staff was absolutely speaking……

“The hotel is very far away from the rail station and other transportation ,so,if you are not driving or riding bikes,it would not be a good choice to stay while visiting Rotterdam.
