What truly stood out, though, was the kindness and outstanding service from the entire staff. I spent 5 days here with my parents and we had a wonderful time. I would love to come back!”

“ We stayed at Le Lappe Relais on our 6th night in Italy. The drive to this remote oasis was gravel uneven, windy, uphill roads only wide enough for one car surrounded by gnarly trees. However, when you reach Le Lappe Relais, breathtaking. You hear only birds chirping. It is must, if you are ever in this part of Italy. We were the only couple staying that night. We were welcomed with a glass of Presecco and doted on. While dining in the restaurant for dinner, we were seated at a large farm……

“托斯卡尼如果叫我魂牽夢繫，全因為我曾經在Borgo San Felice停留過。一下車，就被整個壯濶的環境震攝住，一大片直連天邊的葡萄園，高聳，結實纍纍的松樹，整個心胸也寬濶開來。接待小姐非常nice的引領，小巧的房間，強力水柱，舒服的大床，豐盛的早餐，都叫我捨不得離開。入住當天晚上，我們點了T bone，入口即化的牛肉叫我驚豔，尤其是T bone 下的鹽板，保留了T bone的溫度，很棒。餐廳的氣氛和餐點都很可口。這是我住過最美的飯店，也是最愛的飯店。如果還有機會再回到托斯卡尼，我想，應該是為了Borgo San Felice”

“Me and my wife stayed here 2 nights. The hotel has a very good location. Using our car, we have visited so many great villages around Tuscany. Also the hotel has a beautiful garden, very relaxing and also there was free parking. Inside the hotel, there are two rooms for common usage and it was so sweet. Our room was very clean. We used Wifi all the time and it was fast. There was also a device for cleaning the air inside the hotel so it was fresh 7/24. We made breakfast in the hotel 2 times.……

“We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car……

“It was wonderful to stay in a castle in Tuscany no less Every person we met was attentive and kind We were staying near friends and didn’t hang around the grounds much or use the pool but everything seemed well kept It’s really a place to retreat to eat at and sleep at which served our purpose well ”

“What I liked: Beautiful sorroundings, view and charming place, great food. Great spa and pool facilities. What I did not like: Within a 2 week in advance, I requested a change of my original itinerary due to safety issues in our trip, however my request was denied by the property owners, accordin to Expedia. Still when we showed up, they did not accept the requirement stating that it was Expedia the ones who actually denied the itinerary modification. This lack of fexibilit turned out to be a……
