“We landed at the hotel after our sightseeing tour late evening by which time the Manager Yesy had gone for the day. Our 1 night stay had an interesting set of rooms. We were 2 families- the entry had a sitting area with TV between the two bedrooms with separate lockable doors each. It was a basic room with 3 twin beds for two people. Beds were comfortable and clean. Small bathroom. Breakfast was included. Eggs were prepared on site; bread, fresh fruits, juices and coffee/tea. The landscape……

“We had a great experience at Kenti’s. The staff is super friendly. Great breakfast. And I can tell you on good authority since this was my 5th time in Ollantaytambo, EXCELLENT hot water/shower situation. Very nice garden to chill in as well. ”

É uma hospedagem simples, mas alguns pontos a considerar para melhorar: deixar os quartos equipados para chegada dos hóspedes. No meu quarto faltou toalha e papel higiêncio. Também não haviam ligado a água. Fora isso, a senhora que nos atendeu era bem simpática.”

“It's right next to a beautiful rushing creek, with a lovely field across it. There is a view of the local ruins. The garden and common/dining area are beautiful as well. The hosts are friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh. If you don't like white noise, the sound of the creek may not be for you, I enjoyed it. The description advertises down comforters and pillow selections, but that's not the case. We were cold, so we asked, and they provided a space heater, which……

“It was great! no cars can go through the street so you have to walk a little bit to get to the hotel but everything looks so interesting that you won’t feel exhausted. The breakfast was on point, a lot of mate de coca y bread with butter 😅. They have warm water to take a bath. ”

“I booked a stay (2 rooms) at this hotel a month in advance. After departing my first hotel in Cusco and spending a great day with a travel tour guide/ group, the tour guide dropped me and my family off at Plaza Gibaja in Ollantaytambo, only to find there was NO ONE WORKING at the hotel. We spent hours ringing their doorbell, and trying to contact them. NO ANSWER on their phone line or door. THE LOCALS helped us and after numerous attempts, one was able to speak to their business neighbor on a……

“Pas de papier toilette à mon arrivée. Pas de serviette ni de savon. Eau froide, demander pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Si il y a assez d'eau dans le chauffe eau! Ce qui ne fut pas mon cas. Très bruyant, lumineux avec des rideaux en papier. Réveillé chaque heure de la nuit par la famille tenancière qui parle, bouge, etc... Ce n'est pas une vérité écrite, mais mauvaise expérience. “There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating! The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff……
