“Cam was amazing and made me feel very welcome. The room is for 1 or a couple and had everything you need. The is no restaurant but the Nags head was a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was very relaxing and delicious. Bow the new poodle was adorable and very entertaining. ”

“This was our second stay and reminded us why we loved it the first time. The house is comfortable, the room spacious and the decor tasteful. We slept well on a comfortable bed and all the usuals in terms of tea and coffee were there along with a nice sized fridge if you wanted to put the champagne on ice. Newcastle Emlyn is a lovely little town. The real key to why this is such a great place to stay are the wonderful hosts. Tony and Chris can’t do enough for you and offer a great welcome. This……

“Couldn't really fault for the price paid. Modern and spotless. Good location for the town, and very friendly helpful staff. All good. Nice boozer too. Public parking around the corner - and its free! Downside is its often full during the day - better to wait until after 5pm if you can. There are plenty of other parking options around the town. All personal preference - but a later check out would have been nice; we are not 10am people!”

“We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year. “This is a wonderful manor hotel in the Welsh countryside. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. The room was spacious and well appointed. The only draw back is there is no lift so you will have to carry your luggage up stairs. ”
