“Annual one-week family vacation of 5 adults, 3 kids ages 9, 7 and 22 months. We love staying in the mountains and this cabin is perfectly situated for quiet and privacy while still being close to shopping and activities. We saw deer every day, with some turkeys and a small turtle thrown in. The cabin was very clean with quality linens and very comfortable beds. We cooked most meals and the kitchen is very well stocked. We spent a good deal of time on the porch swings and rocking chairs enjoying……

“The house was exactly as listed. It was very clean and everything was nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked so we had everything we needed to cook. It rained all but one day of our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach area, but the neighborhood has beautiful views from the beach area. The roads in the neighborhood are one lane in some places and barely 2 lanes in others, so that’s something to be aware of. Thankfully we only met another car a couple of……

“First of all, the owner Michele is a very sweet person and did her best to give us a great experience. The house is located on a hillside and grants a gorgeous view from the well built balcony. There’s lots of little sections where you can hang out or slip away to be by yourself for a moment.The driveway is a bit narrow, so if you have a very wide vehicle keep that in mind. My 2016 Outback had zero issues navigating. The cleanliness was average, we did find the microwave to be dirty and there……

“We really enjoyed our stay here! We had four adults and four kids and everyone had a bed to sleep in (huge appreciation for all the king beds available!). The sound of the creek was lovely. We even got to see a herd of local cows walking through the forest one morning! The home is also just a few minutes way from downtown Blue Ridge and Wal-Mart and Ingles. We would highly recommend this home to anyone!”
