“The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!”

“This was my favorite hotel traveling throughout South America! A short walk to the center of town and all the restaurants. But what made it memorable was the decor and vibe! I loved every minute of my stay here!”

“We feel so lucky to have stayed at the Loft before and after we did the W trek. Maca is incredibly accommodating and easy to reach. We got to store or our luggage multiple times and Maca took great care of us for giving us many options and recommendations to make our trip easier. “Amazing service! We had booked a shuttle to take us to the airport and they forgot about us. When I told the front desk they called and complained on our behalf and got our taxi fare covered by the company. Above and Beyond! Besides that, great homey breakfast, luggage storage, comfy bed and hot shower. Was worried it might be noisy, but not at all. There's also a shared space to leave/take supplies for your trek, including stove fuel.”
