“Chegamos uma hora antes do check- in e a funcionária não liberou o quarto, falou que não estava pronto. Depois de 45 minutos de espera comprei dela e ela me perguntou se eu estava olhando o e-mail, e que lá eu receberia um aviso. Como assim? Estou na recepção com malas e crianças e ela vem me falar de e-mail… e depois da espera veio me falar que ela já tinha um quarto, mas não era em andar alto… pq não falou que tinha esse quarto? “We were really excited to stay here. It’s beautiful. It’s right on the water. Our room was so clean and the bathroom was big. We would definitely stay here again. Everyone was very nice, all of the workers and everyone at the front desk were very helpful. Our room had a beautiful view. ”
