“L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit calme entouré d'arbres et de fleurs, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des lieux à visiter. L'accueil est chaleureux, les services sont excellents, et l'établissement est bien entretenu et propre. Même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine pendant quelques jours en raison d'une panne, l'hôtel a fait un geste commercial en nous offrant un petit-déjeuner. “The staff made it for me. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable. Shower had to be run for a few minutes before water was hot enough. breakfast made and delivered to your room. Secure parking and security. Quiet. Close to amenities. ”

“I am from the US, so according to the US standards, this property was average at best. The hotel room was cleaned every day. I felt my things were safe there. We had no issues with safety. There were fresh water bottles every day. The bathrooms functioned well, and there was no mold. The room was spacious enough. The location was very convenient for me. I would never find it if I didn't have a driver, though. The service was excellent. The team was friendly, very accommodating, and prompt.……

“Nothing!! Schmutzig, Schimmelig, Matratzen durchgelegen ( fühlte mich wie eine Banane ). Das 1. Zimmer zur Straße. Laut ohne ende. Statt einer Badezimmer Tür nur ein schmutziges Duschtuch. Das 2. Zimmer am anderen Ende. Schimmel im Zimmer Dusche voll schimmelig. Pflegeprodukte bestand aus einem winzigen Stück Seife. Das Essen nur halb fertig gegart und nicht alles von der Karte zu haben. Nach einer Nacht haben wir den Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Fotos vorhanden von den Mängeln. Ich hätte gern mein……

“Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them”
