“Richard is very much the 'Host with the Most'. Very chatty and friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond for us...Carrying our cases up to the top floor...And down again when we left. Plus he does a cracking packed lunch. Our room was more than adequate, comfy and clean. The only gripe from our point of view is that we'd prefer proper cups and spoons...”

“My son and I booked a two nights stay, as we were walking around snowdonia. Claire was a lovely host and very helpful. The room was good and we had our own bathroom and toilet. The breakfast was incredible both mornings too! We will be going back.”

“Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Very welcoming of dogs with even a doggie breakfast menu! The outdoor furniture at the front is very attractive and comfy, could have sat in the sun for hours! Remember it is in the heart of the action so there is some noise in the evening but didn't disturb us and although the owner apologised about the parking we found free parking within 5 to 10 minutes walk once we had unpacked the car directly outside without any problem.”

“We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, the team were busy and to be expected. We were then attended to within a few minutes. Polite and friendly and shown to our room. It was a building near the pub. Parking was free and able to park outside the pub. Its all situated in a square,like a market square surrounded by big granite hills. We were shown to our room, was given a birthday card from the hotel chap which was a nice touch. The room was surfice and had ensuite. Outside window had all……

“A lovely hotel. Nathan and Jay were so welcoming. Nothing was too much. Lovely room spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable pillows and quilt really nice. Kettle with all complimentary items, a choice of mixed tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits and welcome drinks of bottled waters. Hotel is in prime location 10 mins walk to main retail shopping area and 20 mins in to main town and pier.. would highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again very soon. ”
