“Clean and affordable no frills apartment. Pictures and listing was accurate. Instructions made the unit easy to find, but would’ve benefited from a building number and unit numbers. “The property was clean and spacious. We liked the large TV and that it was very close to the MFL train station, so we could get around easily. There was water damage on the bedroom ceiling that was an eyesore. Also, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the kitchen. Overall, though, we did enjoy our stay at Urban Chic Apartments.”

“We stayed in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment located in the Belmont section of Philadelphia. The property was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Having a private entrance was a nice bonus, and the amount of space really worked well for our group.The host was communicative and checked in throughout our stay, which we appreciated. “I stayed at this property with friends for a weekend. Overall, it was a fine stay! The apartment was nicely furnished, clean overall, and the neighborhood was close to the activities we were in town for. Communication from Romier was great - he was quick and helpful in responding. I would recommend some upgrades. First, the lock is rather finnicky and it took a few tries to get in and lock up. Additionally, the apartment could use new towels and more towels, extra pillows and blankets……
