“Property is exactly as described. Beds are comfortable. Parking on the street was easy. This basement apartment is newly decorated and squeaky clean. There was a hot water heater but no coffee maker. We brought this to the owners attention and it should not be a problem in the future. We would stay here again! ”

“Great spot, 6miles from the pool. Great crash spot for me and my son. Good choices abound. Central location for the best that LI has to offer. Listing was accurate. Will be our new go to for swim meets at Nassau Aquatic Center.”

“We were Iin town for a couple of nights to visit nearby Hofstra. Easy to find, lots of parking, and a clean and well-maintained two-bedroom apartment.Thank you to the host for making us feel welcome. “The studio was lovely, comfortable, clean and perfect for 2 people. There was everything you would ever need. Location was great, near the boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for a respite. Deidre was lovely and would highly recommend for anyone wanting a few days in Long Beach!! ”

“We had a spectacular time. place was very clean. They had snacks and water in the fridge. Working freezer/fridge, gas range. There was one hickup. A freek cold front came in and the place was a little cold. I reached out to the host and 2 hours later we had 2 space heaters. WOW. Very responsive. I will definitely go back.”

“My stay at Reggie’s place gets a solid 5 stars across the board. This basement studio apartment was extremely clean and has everything one would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. For myself, the best feature of this property was having a (rarely found) dedicated parking spot in the driveway that was under camera surveillance. This allowed me to sleep well knowing my vehicle and its contents were secure. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with friendly neighbors who were quick to wave……

“Angela's place is in the PERFECT location! My partner and I were visiting my family and I grew up close to Long Beach, being able to stay on the west end and walk to the beach and have great food in walking distance was incredible! The space has everything you need and we appreciated having a large bathroom and bathtub to make it even more comfortable! Angela was so friendly, kind, and left drinks and snacks for our arrival. Would highly recommend her place!!”

“It’s a lovely property, the owners were nice and everything was clean. It is near an airport though, so planes will be audible every few minutes. If you’re a film student and you need sound recorded, keep that in mind. If you’re not a film student, it’s not loud, and is convenient for travel.”

We love this little gem - just big enough for the two of us, with an outdoor patio, always so clean, and miracle! a guaranteed on-site parking spot!, beautifully decorated, a block from the boardwalk and beach with beach passes. And a complete kitchen! And Kim, a very attentive host.”
