“This unit is exactly how it was described. Quaint! The space was clean, the street was quiet, and it was very easy to communicate with the property owner. I would definitely rent this space again when coming back to visit ”

“The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. ”

“We had the apartment all to ourselves, and it was clean and stocked with food and treats. It was located in a nice, safe, quiet, interesting neighborhood where we enjoyed taking walks. The hosts made themselves available when needed, but also left us alone to enjoy our stay.”

Small kitchen area was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Was close enough to anything we wanted to see or do. “This property was super gorgeous and spacious so we were able to relax. Guests had more than enough space and didn’t feel like they were on top of each other sleeping wise! We were able to just have dinner and feel safe! The owner answered any questions we had within 15 minutes, which was super helpful! ”

“The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. (There was a bus stop right by the apartment but we just walked.) We could hear the first day care kids arrive in the morning and thought it……

“I went for a short work and leisure trip. It was perfect for me in terms of price and location. It was clean and cute, nothing luxurious but had everything I needed. Supermarkets and a variety of top restaurants are close by. Host answered my questions and kept in touch in case I needed anything. I would recommend it if you're traveling solo or with a partner.
