“South Alex is an AMAZING complex. Beautiful with plenty of shops and foon nearby with Walmart right across the street and Aldi on the first floor as soon as you get off the elevator. National Harbor is right across the bridge about 6-7 minutes and downtown DC is about a 20 minute drive with traffic. The apartment was very clean and smelled amazing. Plenty of closet space with a full size washer and dryer. Ice maker on the fridge, nice view from the balcony and private parking available was also……

“The apartment is in a great location and has spectacular views. It is well maintained and the staff at the apartment complex are kin and helpful. There is 4 hour meter parking locally as well as garages if needed and you can walk to the Metro and just about anything you need. ”

“The apartment experience was as presented in the pictures. While being in a basement, it did not lack for light.The only fault in the rear bedroom was the lack of an ability to soften the lighting. An option from the in celling lights would have been appreciated. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and parking our car was as easy as stated. ”
