“We enjoyed everything about our stay in this quaint and convenient home: the uniqueness of a century-old space, walking to Union Station, the supermarket, coffee shop and local pub, and definitely the kind attention of owners Eric & Jason. Even my husband slept well! We would definitely stay there again!”

“Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. The property manager replied on day 1 that they were working on it, but we never heard anything further and it never worked. If these points get resolved, I would recommend this property. “This is a great studio apartment just outside Eastern Market. Check-in was easy and the location was perfect with lots of walkable options within easy range.”

“It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. ”

My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries.
