“It has gated underground parking lots with guards. The room itself was ok and clean. Fairly small but manageable however the bathroom is relatively small, but warm water came out instantly. Although I had no breakfast and dinner booked, I could easily go and pay it after finished. Somehow they made a small mistake about the reservation of the room. So that someone else knocked at my door in the middle of the night what has cost my sleep. That was not ok.”

“Very clean hotel, despite being dated, yet we'll maintained. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. The general area is sketchy as most of downtown Pretoria, but one can't fault the hotel for that. ”

Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place.”

“They couldn't find my booking and told me they were not trained on the system and asked me to cancel my booking while their policy is "non refundable". Had to go to their head office and issue the receipt and go back to the hotel. Terrible service”
