“The room was spacious as expected however, there was a sewage smell in the bath, very poor lighting in the room making it difficult to make up, each day the room service forgets to provide soap, tissues, towels and water and argue with you about it. On one occasion it took almost 1 hour 30 minutes and I was at the verge of having a medical emergency as I had to take my medication but there was not water provided as usual. “There are apparently 'executive suites' which my wife viewed and thought were beautiful. There are also those that are less expensive and not executive. We stayed for four nights in the less expensive one. At first there were a few things that we had hoped to see but were not in the room however the management and staff (Henry in particular) did everything possible to make our stay better and provide the room with some things that were lacking.
