“An overnight stay with two friends as we were in Kent to attend an event. Check-in was easy; the front desk person was friendly and informative and helped us with parking and more. Our room with two queen beds was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower very easy to find the right settings. Loved Pearl the Squirrel statue in the lobby. Parking in the garage across the street was a breeze. Walkable to the KSU campus. Restaurants for dinner and……

“An older property, but well maintained, clean and no bugs! Always a plus!! Check-in was a breeze, and the lady who checked me in was super pleasant and helpful. Plenty of nearby eateries, so exercise your map app.”

“The house inside is immaculate. Hospitality was great. Everything reminded me of the 19 century home mansions. Bed was comfortable. The entire house makes you feel like you were transported back to the 19th Century. I would love to come back again!”

“This is an older motel situated off the main road with a nice deep lawn. The rooms are large, the bed comfortable, there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Great coffee place across the street. The towels and bedding were older but spotless. The owner was a very nice man and was on site. The only complaint was whoever painted could have been neater. The price was great. I would stay here again. Thank you!! Also, the sign out front is so cool. ”

“The cabin was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, besides the food you will be eating. There is a cute coffee bar, stocked with cream and coffee, and even a little s’mores station! It was a great stay. ”
