“They could have given fresh towels and taken out the trash. We stayed 3 days and it was never done. The front desk staff was amazing. Remembered us, and very kind when we needed to add an extra day. The breakfast smelled good even though we had to leave earlier than it was served. We did book because of the indoor pool, but it was never open during our three day stay. ”

“The people at the front desk really friendly. The choice of breakfast was phenomenal. You can either have a grab and go breakfast or you can get a voucher to go eat at Denny’s right next-door and walking distance. Everything really clean a little outdated but not bad for the price unbeatable. The only complaint I had was there was no hairdryer, the ice machine downstairs was not working no elevator only stairs, three floors, not too bad, but if you have mobility issues, it would make it a little……

And amazing breakfast with friendly kitchen ladies. Staff at front desk very helpful too. Games in the lobby by the fireplace for families:) ”
