Gregg is always easily accessible, abundantly clear on the check-in and check out parameters, the property is well kept/cozy and clean. “The cottage was perfect for a quick getaway. Ideally located, the neighborhood was quiet but only a few blocks from all the action. The house was well appointed and the host had nice touches like toothpaste, bar soap, kuerig k cups. Would recommend and would stay again!Mark”

“This house is an architectural treasure and it was kind of incredible to be able to stay in it. The beds were clean and comfortable with nice linens, which is super important. My two college aged sons stayed with me to attend the third sibling’s parent weekend. We each had our own sleeping space- my oldest and I each had a bed and my younger son slept on a pull out couch which he found comfortable. We found it made up with linens and a comforter waiting nearby- thoughtful touches that made it……

“My family stayed here for a wedding in newtown. What a lovely apartment! It was a rainy cooler june weekend so we didnt get to enjoy the outdoor space as much but parts of the patio/deck was covered which was great. The pingpong table and some porch areas needed a sweep but otherwise it was delightful, clean, cozy. We’d stay here again. ”
