“Don’t let the “upper floor” on this listing scare you away, it is a full house you have access to which was our concern. There’s a second (basement) unit that is fully separate- although you need to be conscious of noise on the first floor of the house if it’s rented which was fine with us. Good for a local wedding we were attending- tons of space. Perfect for our group of 4 (late 20’s, early 30’s) but would be a good sized property for a family as well. We could have had 2 more adults or 4……

“The house was normal. No major issues. We were told there would be a washer and dryer, but it did not have one accessible. It appeared to be in the garage, but the garage was locked and no one would respond.Our check in was 3:00 pm on Friday, at noon on Friday the company managing the property tetzy? told me that I needed to provide everyones first and last name and their cell phone. Seemed strange. 1. Why wait until the last minute and 2. Why do you need everyone's contact? I saw this request,……

“The location was great. The size of the apartment was perfect for two or three people. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. All nice and clean.Enjoyed our stay.”

“It served the purpose we needed, to have a place to sleep while visiting family. It had plenty of room for everyone. Location was convenient to places/family.I would not describe the property as luxurious. Sparcely decorated, very old bath towels and washcloths. No hand towels, body wash or hair dryer. One headboard was broken, but could still use the bed. No dishwasher.The freezer was dirty and no ice maker. Broken slats in window blinds. Grass was way past needing a cut. For me, this is……

“The host was very helpful and accommodating. They provide more than we expected and have tried to think of everything. There were extra blankets, plates, cups and utensils for children; a pack-n-play. The kitchen was well stocked. The space was well maintained. Finally, the host communicated consistently with us to make sure everything was a promised. I highly recommend this host and property”

“Our family of 4 plus dog had a great stay. Easy drive into Chicago. The neighborhood is very quiet and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Interior of the house is nicely done with newer appliances and 4 bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Would stay there again. The grill was missing a propane tank but that was minor and Host offered to bring one for us.”
