“Spacious and great for a quick night stay! We had six guests for a night and everyone was comfortable. Everything was clean. The kitchen is small, but served it's purpose for us. It is on the second floor, so guests will need to be able to walk up the wooden stairs around the back of the home.Overall if you need to find a place for a night with a great price, parking, and about a 25 minute drive from downtown, stay here!”

“We really enjoyed our time in Chicago for our family reunion. The price was spot on as the hotels cost in Chicago are super expensive. The location was very safe, great area for restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again. Also, great host! ”

There were extra blankets, plates, cups and utensils for children; a pack-n-play. The kitchen was well stocked. The space was well maintained. Finally, the host communicated consistently with us to make sure everything was a promised. I highly recommend this host and property”

“We had a great stay in Downers Grove. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive when we locked ourselves out late at night. ”

“Overall a good stay!The host was great—very responsive and even provided check-in details early when we noticed a discrepancy in the listed time (VRBO shows 3pm, but actual check-in is 4pm). The unit had plenty of dishes and essentials to eat off of, which was a nice touch.A few things to note: the AC unit is wall-mounted and doesn’t cool each room individually. The entrance has steep stairs, which might be difficult for some, and the location felt a bit off at first—just something to be aware……
