“Unit as advertised. Roomy and well kept. Very clean and well appointed with huge smart TV, comfy couch and chairs, table and desk to work at, and a bathroom with multiple large towels and plenty of soap/shampoo & TP. Kitchen is spotless and well stocked with all the tools needed and ice in the freezer! Convenient parking. Safe building with touchpad locks on outer door, lobby door, and unit door. “visiting my family and having my own hime base was so nice. the apartment isna cool experience of an old building revitalized the bed was a little soft for my liking but the rest was perfect for my needs. it was lovely to be able to look out to the water. ”

“So our stay was good but we went on new years and our kids were a little excited about watching the ball drop. We got a complaint for being to noisy. I don't think we'd stay again for that reason alone. Having to make sure you're quiet for the people down stairs was kind of annoying to be honest. ”

“ Clean. Photos mostly true to life, clean towels were stacked on hamper for dirty linen in kitchen. Cold and unwelcoming. Parking instructions unclear, right from what? Left from what? You could add a diagram under check in instructions to show how people should park. Security pad too complicated with no instructions in check in,only the numbers. I wasn’t sure which door to enter or how to use security pad. The unit was not labeled with a number. Manager/owner was a little bit rude when……
