"They don’t even provide water in the hotel . And you have to be a Hilton honor member to get the complimentary water. Terrible experience. The environment is exactly like other 3 stars hotels and even worse. I am still wondering why it is a four stars hotels… "

"according to night shift manager explanation "Hilton" online booking system has fail so there is no way to checking in and verify people has already booked the room. We wait 3~ 4 hours in the lobby till 1am morning. Magically bus driver helps him fixed the server at hotel end~ we really wonder the night shift manager's capability..."

"I reserved a king bed room but they didn't reserved. they put me in a double bed room and requested me to keep the room clean until they call me and then made me stay tidy for 1 hour and never came back. I waited until 12AM and called them back at and someone pretended to say sorry but was not sorry at all and hang me up saying she has more important work to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no manager working on site. Its trash management shamed and harmed the Hilton's brand."
