“Amazing day”

“The hotel and staff were all very amazing. Especially the 2 Ladies at the front registration desk Saturday, June 14th morning. They helped tremendously to trouble shoot a double booking with Expedia. They helped me to resolve the issue. A very big "Thank you" to those 2 wonderful ladies. ”

“Wonderful stay in downtown Santa Fe. I don’t think you can do better!”

“Overall everything was good, only complaint is that we did not have anyone come in and change sheets or towels for a three night stay which seemed very odd to me. ”

“The rooms were missing some basic necessities... Like coffee pot. Our room had splotches of plaster in various places. Overall, I think this was an anomaly and I did enjoy the hotel.”

“The ladies at checkin were sweet, but not very clear. I kept having to ask clarifying questions and then had to come back after getting in the parking garage. I thought, that would have been much easier process, if she had just been clear from the beginning. ”
