“The mystic and its staff were really great. The staff's detailed cleaning and all around service make this property worth while. Weekends are busier with live music and some beautiful outdoor seating areas. They are in a gated hotel and everything was very safe. There is an unhoused population in Santa Fe in general.We felt very safe.”

“This was hands down the best hotel experience I’ve had. It even tops the higher end hotels. The room was beautiful and located within walking distance of downtown. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Will definitely be recommending Arrive to any friends and family heading to ABQ. ”

“The workers are friendly even when hey can't help. Door didn't work properly. Not secure. Signs of forced entry did not make me feel safe. no chain to secure the room had to block the front door with a chair.2 shower suite with only one working shower. Billed as an executive suite with 2 love seats. Old wooden chairs with no padding instead. Requested roll-away bed from the polite front desk. It never arrived. Couldn't access the back patio due to a broken sliding glass door. Very uncomfortable……
