“We were some of the unlucky stranded due to a delayed flight. Thursday 5/16/2025 was an extremely rough day. I cannot rate this hotel high enough. 5 stars is too low. We checked in in the wee hours of the morning and our flight home wasn't happening until 10 pm Friday night. We couldn't get a late check out due to the hotel being completely booked that night, but we were allowed to stay until noon time. The front desk held our luggage so we could kill time at the mall.
