“We have stayed here several times due to racing at the Speedway. Always clean, helpful staff. No complaints. The area has lots of things you can walk to including several restaurants. The area near the mall seems to be a bit sketchy. We were always so busy we weren't really out and about after dark, but keep this in mind. Would stay here again.”

“I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! “The staff was excellent and more than helpful in our check in and stay. The breakfast buffet was very good and with lots of choices for everyone. Love the coffee maker that's available 24/7. My husband had a doctor's appointment and the staff allowed us to come in and rest early and told us how to get to the appointment. Great friendly and helpful SO NICE.”
