“Great staff on the front desk. Great location. Large size room, clean linen, bathroom, kitchen and sitting space. Skirting boards dusty. Easy lift. Good parking. Tight but fits perfectly when everyone is parked properly. ”

“Lovely spacious room which was clean and comfortable. Tasteful, themed decor with pleasant shower room providing soft and fluffy towels and toiletries. Lovely breskfast provided in the restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend for a stay in Chester due to perfect location by the river, yet close enough to the centre of the city. ”

“We had a wonderful couple of nights at Ba Ba and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. The location was good, being a 20 minute walk to the centre of the city. The room (we stayed in room 5) was modern and clean and had everything you needed.”

“Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.”

“quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. ”

“Very well located with the racecourse on one side and walkable distance to the city centre on the other. Also next to a bus stop for those wanting to travel further. Reception staff was professional and although the system failed and we have been assigned somebody else's room, it has been quickly dealt with and we've been given an upgrade. Room was nice and clean with comfortable bed. Luck of a fridge was a big minus. Bathroom clean with part of the mirror that doesn't steam, which was a nice……

“Had very bad night sleep very loud vibration behind the bed in the wall , we looked to see whether there was a switch to turn off air conditioning system that we hadn’t noticed ( was still awake at 2:50) there wasn’t. We told the manager )?) in the morning he said Yes I noticed this morning someone hadn’t turned off the fans which make a very loud noise in room 3. Sorry. Well that didn’t make up for the fact we hadn’t had any sleep!!!!!! Shame as the lady behind the bar jolly pleasant as was the……
