“My check in process was amazing. The young lady working the front desk when I checked in was sweet and professional and made me feel welcome. However, when I was leaving my room to check out, I was confronted by staff I assume as I had my hands full trying to take my things to my car they were asking questions about what room I stayed in and when I am leaving. I would think they can ask the front desk those questions not busy customers. ”

“The location is good and easy to travel, but the price of the room does not match the actual configuration, the room is too small! “We had booked a suite, but when I checked in, the desk person told me that they had to modify my service. She explained that the people in the room brought a dog (though this was a no pet facility) and that the room had to be deep-cleaned. She apologized profusely and said they gave us two rooms right across the hall from each other at no extra charge. When we checked out the next morning, as soon as I gave the room numbers, the person at the desk (not the same as the night before) apologized……
