“This is a wonderfully fancy hotel in the heart of a unique little city. Our only complaint (very minor, mind you) was the beds were a little hard for our tastes.”

“The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online. Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided.”

“I don t understand any Vietnamese. It was very cold on the street and in the room. I saw guests getroffen breakfast. That was not my case, although i always ask for it when booking.”
