“Nothing but good things to say about this property! It’s very well managed and the staff can also speak English and foreign languages well. We travelled here in 2022 but in 2024 we wanted to try out a new hotel in the area to compare but there’s no competition for King Hotel! In my opinion, King Hotel is the best in Thai Nguyen! ”
“From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)”
“The room was very large. The mattress was a typical VERY FIRM Vietnamese style. The property is very close to the train station. Enjoyed a very reasonable HOT POT luncheon at the rooftop restaurant. Cost was about 13 usd for 2 and it included a beer and a fruit smoothie. There is a grocery store on the first floor of the hotel which made it very convenient.”
"Staff provided poor services, the room was very dirty and soundproof badly, you can hear what the next rooms happened. The scariest part is the breakfast provided, there were flies in the teapot & the noodles..."
